Mango Coconut Protein Smoothie

Mango, coconut milk, yogurt, and protein powder blended together to make a delicious and creamy mango coconut protein smoothie. This is a great healthy substitute when sweet cravings kick for ice cream or other dessert.

Ingredients

  • 250 ml ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 250 ml unsweetened coconut milk
  • 100 ml greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes, for garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Pulse until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into glasses and top with coconut flakes, if desired.
