Mango, coconut milk, yogurt, and protein powder blended together to make a delicious and creamy mango coconut protein smoothie. This is a great healthy substitute when sweet cravings kick for ice cream or other dessert.
- 250 ml ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 250 ml unsweetened coconut milk
- 100 ml greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes, for garnish (optional)
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Pulse until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into glasses and top with coconut flakes, if desired.
