Baked Protein Bars with Chia Seeds

Baked protein bars with chia seeds is my choice when I need some healthy snack containing a decent amount of proteins. They are truly delicious!

  • 4 scoops chocolate protein
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp chia seed
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp stevia
  • 2 tsp cocoa
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 1/4 cup cinnamon applesauce
  • 1 1/2 tsps vanilla extract
  • olive oil spray

  1. Preheat oven to 215°C
  2. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl until smooth
  3. Lightly spray pan with olive oil spray
  4. Pour mixture into pan
  5. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until it’s done (test with fork near center of pan until fork comes out clean). Enjoy!
